Questions, answered

Is the webinar really free?
Yes. Save your seat with your email and we send you the link. You don't need to deposit anything to watch.
Is the webinar live?
It's a recorded session that plays at a set time every day in your time zone. Miss it and you can watch the replay from the webinar room.
I already have a Pionex account. Can I copy Peter's bots?
Only if it's linked to HOC. An account tied to another referrer can't be switched, so create a new account through our link.
How do I check I signed up through HOC?
In Pionex, tap your profile icon → Dashboard → Referral Code. It should show "HouseOfCrypto". If it's empty, enter "HouseOfCrypto" there.
How much do I need to start?
Each copied bot needs at least 100 USDT. Start with an amount you're comfortable losing while you learn.
What does it cost?
The bots are free. Pionex charges trading fees (0.05% on spot, 0.02% maker / 0.05% taker on futures). Peter takes a profit share only when your copy closes in profit.
Is Pionex available in my country?
Pionex doesn't serve residents of the US, UK, Canada, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria. You must be 18 or older.
Can I lose money?
Yes. Peter's bots use leverage, which multiplies losses as well as gains and can lead to liquidation. Past results don't predict future returns.
